krzykiem zastygł ponury strach
noc budzi koszmary
znajomy cień
wpełza na dziecięce ciało
nieme słowa spływają bezbronną łzą
na prześcieradle
kilka kropli świeżej krwi
milczący świadkowie dramatu
wstydem
ściskają pobladłą krtań
ranek umiera spopielałym błękitem

In the silence of the gaping mouths
cry froze with grim fear
night awakens nightmares
familiar shadow
crawls on the child's body
silent words flow down with the helpless tear
on the sheet
a few drops of fresh blood
silent witnesses of the drama
with shame
they squeeze the pale larynx
the morning dies in ascending blue
