monotonią szumiąc,
smutną piosenkę
dla nas śpiewa...
Babiego lata
cieniutka nić,
a w blasku złota
pogodne dni,
jak biżuteria lśnią...

Between the trees,
among so many leaves,
colourful,
an autumn wind,
monotonously rustling,
the song of sadness
sings for us...
Of gossamer
very thin thread,
and with the golden glow
like a jewellery,
clear days are shining...
